Can I report a work situation if I don't belong to the company?

Yes. The channel is open so that different players in the business ecosystem can help detect illegal activities. In any case, if it concerns complaints about the service offered, there are other channels enabled to present such complaints.

I have lost the password to check the status of the report, what can I do?

Unfortunately, and for security reasons, only the reporter knows your access code and password. Otherwise by missing one, you won't be able to follow up on the communication, that doesn't mean the communication isn't running its course, you just won't be able to see how it's progressing or provide more information if the company requests it

In case of emergency, should I use this channel?

No, this channel is not intended for the management of urgencies or emergencies. In this case, contact the authorities or

the services provided for this purpose by C.IA.C.

Is anonymity guaranteed in communication?

In the reporting process, you can decide whether or not to report your personal data. If you choose not to do so, you will need to set up your own follow-up through the reporting channel to see progress and resolution. The channel will offer you a username and password to access the progress of the report. The channel is independent of the company and does not record information about the IP from which it connects.


Some tips to achieve maximum anonymity, in addition to informing that the report is anonymous, are:

  • Make sure the communication description does not include easily identifiable information. The same goes for documents you attach as possible evidence.
  • Do not report from a computer connected to the company network, including a cell phone connected to company Wi-Fi. C.IA.C. does not record information, but before reaching our systems it must pass through the control systems themselves such as proxies or firewalls and there may be configurations that allow you to know which services you are connecting to.

When will I receive a response to my complaint or question?

The Contact Person will communicate acceptance of the complaint/consultation within a maximum of 7 days. The deadline for resolving questions will be a maximum of 90 days, unless the complexity of the case justifiably requires a longer period.

Where is the platform  manageing the channel?

The whistleblowing channel operates on an external platform, https://ithikios.com. This company receives reports and automatically sends them to the company for evaluation. Ithikios servers are located in data centers in Europe.
